Welcome to AMT’s presentation regarding the big picture items associated with the Endemic Phase of COVID. In plain English, “endemic” means we will be learning how to live with some degree of coronavirus in our communities in the future; but most significantly, there will be a long awaited decrease in new virus afflictions and reduced hospitalizations and deaths caused by COVID – 19.
Asset Managers Tech, a not for profit trade group, is honored to have Stanley Zaborowski, M.D., our Medical Adviser, as our lead speaker at today’s Zoom meeting. Dr. Stan will present relevant COVID medical science facts and data that are indicative of how the U.S. is now beginning to trend away from pandemic status and toward COVID ENDEMIC.
Most importantly, our message at this Zoom session is that major industries, such as Financial Services, cannot relax or let down their guard concerning coronavirus. Much will be required to avoid a return to the kind of challenges that everyone faced in 2020 and 2021.

Finally, @ today’s trade group Zoom meeting, Joe Sack of AMT will talk about the importance of certain recently announced SEC rulemaking proposals. Topics such as PRIVATE FUND PROPOSED REFORMS and T+1 SETTLEMENT of Securities Transactions have been formally introduced by the Commission and the comment periods are already in effect. Thus, with the endemic seemingly about to kick in, coupled new with regulation, we will be turning to you, our members, for your recommendations on all of the above items!
