This presentation is for both Seniors and those who know Seniors.

YES, it is true! Some Seniors are still feeling healthier thanks to new health care treatments. And as one would expect, the better Seniors feel, then it is more likely that they can still assume routine duties to care for themselves — regardless of their actual age bracket, in many instances!

We intend to wax eloquent regarding this latest "Good Health" phenomenon — which, of course, is clearly wonderful news because it truly means that modern medicine is helping Seniors to overcome diseases that quite often use to really slow them down, sometimes quite substantially.

STANLEY ZABOROWSKI, M.D., OUR TRADE GROUP PANEL’S MEDICAL ADVISER SINCE THE SPRING OF 2020, IS
OUR FEATURED SPEAKER TODAY WHO WILL EXPOUND UPON THE RATHER STRAIGHTFORWARD PROPOSITION THAT “SENIORS" WHO TODAY ARE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO ENJOY THE BLESSING OF A PHYSICALLY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE INTO THEIR LATE 60’S AND PERHAPS ALSO INTO THEIR 70’S ARE TYPICALLY ENGAGING IN REALLY “UPLIFTING" ACTIVITIES.

BY UPLIFTING, WE MEAN GOING TO RESTAURANTS FOR DINNER, PLAYING GOLF OR ENJOYING SPORTS GENERALLY, MANAGING THEIR OWN FINANCIAL AFFAIRS, DRIVING THEMSELVES TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS WITH PHYSICIANS, HAVING LUNCH WITH YOUNGER FOLKS POSSIBLY EVEN TEENAGE GRANDCHILDREN, ETC., ETC.

Those Seniors who are fortunate enough to have survived cancer scares, for example, or who are following weight reduction instructions and work out at exercise facilities, or simply have taken vaccines and thereby avoided the
ravages of the pandemic — many Seniors in these and similar circumstances may well be somewhat on the go!

However, there are some common sense “guidelines" that might apply to even those who may be in
this relatively “new generation” of Seniors.

Therefore, the purpose of this 8/17/23 Zoom session (produced by our parent organization, Asset Managers Tech) is for Dr. Stan to begin to carve out a few “pointers" that may assist our followers regarding best practices, so that the benefits of stable health as it applies to SENIORS might continue to be enjoyed to the fullest.

WE KNOW, FOR EXAMPLE, THAT DR. STAN ADHERES TO THESE BASIC FOUNDATIONS OF “LIVING HEALTHY”:

1) "Eight hours" of sleep;

2) Watching what we eat on a daily basis; and

3) Really working at seeing the positive side of things that could otherwise tend to baffle folks when they reach Senior Status.

In today’s 15 minute presentation, our hope is that Stan will use his skills as a Doctor and a common sense adviser to fellow Seniors to reiterate how thankful many of us are for the opportunity of this “new era of the 2020’s for
Seniors” & to pave the way for further helpful insights & commentary for Senior Men & Women.

Thank you for your interest in this new take on Senior Life.

Sincerely,
