Dr. Stan will be more than happy to respond to your specific questions. This COVID matter in 2023 is not the same as 2020. Should you need a booster vaccine, it can be provided safely and in plenty of time to help you get ahead of this new COVID Variant, know as XBB.1.5. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has assessed this new vaccine, and it has been deemed very effective.

Dr. Zaborowski will be speaking live on our Zoom at at 9:00 am ET today, Thursday, September 14, 2023. CLICK HERE to join.

Because there is a new Variant of COVID - 19, the top pharmaceutical firms (Moderna and Pfizer, among others) have independently developed an updated COVID vaccine. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved these similar vaccines developed by the leading drug corporations.

FDA is strongly advising folks in the U.S., including parents of most children, to promptly arrange to get this new vaccine for themselves and their kids, to protect yourselves now before we get too far into cooler autumn weather. You also will still need Flu shots.

Separately, FDA has also issued advice regarding Flu vaccines and for protection against RSV, a lung infection. This is a serious responsibility, as any infection caused by these potential afflictions could lead to death or
hospitalization, under certain conditions, or result in extreme illness.

At the same time, there is no need for Americans to panic. Instead, find out about the new COVID variant at CVS or other drug stores and schedule vaccinations for all family members according to what you are told about the supply of these Government-approved mRNA formatted vaccinations. You should be able to get vaccinations free of charge; or should there be a slight cost, better to arrange to pay than to await any approvals of payments, which could take longer than usual as more folks seek medical assistance with getting vaccinated.

Stanley Zaborowski, M.D. will make his live presentation today as part of our Asset Managers Tech Zoom presentation. AMT is a not for profit. We focus on financial services industry practices, especially the safety of industry professionals and general info for all folks to be safe.
